It looks like a time series, one column being an irregular periodic sawtooth signal
(red) and
a pulse (green) which resets the sawtooth. Look at the GIF pictures on not, and
then look at
lines 6340-6348. This is an example of the first reset spike. Column 2 steps down
to -1048
for 9 time periods. On line 6348 the down spike is turned off and the sawtooth
signal is
reset in the following time point (line 6349). Note that the reset of the sawtooth
is not perfect
(it does not always reset to the same value (and never all the way to 0).

The next pulse appears on line 14878 and a third on line 23532.<p>
If I had to guess, this is like a TV signal with a SYNC.
