The NBX can be booted over the net in some cases. The inital boot loader must be present so some sort of disk must exist but this might give hints how ti get a sick unit back online.
This assumes that the server at 192.168.1.1 has an ftp server running and it allows user "nbx" to log in with password "password" and that there is an boot image called "vxWorks" in their home directory. That image can be found in the R3_0_13.taz file which can be decoded with winzip or tar.
